METHODOLOGY

Our methodology involves partnering with our customers so that their processing needs can be fully met and they can concentrate on their core competencies. We are adept at both on-site and off-site projects.

Our methodology flow:
Preparatory phase:
Study team comprising of experienced and qualified staff
	Study the customer's business to understand their processes for process design
	Prepare the standard operating procedures (SOP) get the SOP's approved by the customer
	Draw up the service level agreement (SLA)

Execution of pilot project:
	Establish Pilot project team comprising of Project-in-charge and Team Members
	Pilot project team to undergo pre-execution training
	Migration of processes (For off-site projects)
	Execute pilot project
	Incorporate process improvements observed during pilot project
	Get the pilot project approved by the customer
	Sign the contract.

Execution of project:
	Establish operating team comprising of Project in- charge, Team Leaders, Service Delivery Leaders and  Team Members
	Team members to undergo intensive training
	Establish infrastructure facilities (for off-site projects) and go live with the project.

Continual improvements:
To achieve improved quality and speed by:
	Eliminating unwanted processes
	Standardizing processes
	Optimizing automation of processes & rationalizing resources
