Immediately on formation, CSS started providing services to Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (TCS) in their Investor Servicing Division where CSS had the privilege of being associated with many prestigious corporates / mutual funds / multinationals on behalf of TCS.

Set up an office for 50 seats with modern office equipments incorporating IT infrastructure in 1992 for providing off-site services.

CSS bagged a prestigious contract in the year 1997 from 3i Infotech formerly ICICI Infotech for providing on-site services for their BPO division. Over the years the volume of business has grown manifold.

With a view to expand business volumes and extend services to international clients, a new office was set up at Hiranandani Business Park, Powai, Mumbai, India, in the year 2003.

CSS established Quality Management System in the year 2004 and got certified for ISO 9001:2000 standards by TUV INDIA, member of TUV NORD Group.
