has always been the hallmark of CSS and there is a commitment
to deliver quality service at all levels. CSS has been
certified for ISO 9001:2000 standards for quality by
TUV INDIA, member of TUV NORD Group. A large number
of CSS staff have the advantage of working on-site for
an ISO certified client pursuing six sigma methodology.
There
is an on-going commitment to improve quality. To achieve
this, each and every process is constantly monitored.
Quality objectives are set to bring in continual improvements.
Periodic analysis of data is done and internal audits
conducted. The internal audit process is robust as qualified
internal auditors with domain knowledge in back office
processing, audit the processes. Process improvements,
data analysis and internal audit reports, suggestions
for corrective / preventive actions are systematically
discussed and reviewed in the Management Review Meetings.
