CSS being exclusively in the service industry focuses on staff training as it firmly believes that training is important for providing quality service to its clients and also for its own growth.

Deployment of staff to projects is done only after they undergo specific training. On-going training is also imparted based on needs identified during every stage of the project. The core team comprising of professionals and experienced staff having domain knowledge and expertise prepare the course material and impart internal training. Feedback and evaluation is done for each training programme to improve the effectiveness of the training and to provide retraining, if necessary. External trainers are used for training in behavioural aspects and soft skills.
